Does SaySheet work on mobile?

Yes! SaySheet is optimized for mobile browsers.

While we do not yet have an iOS or Android app, voice recording works seamlessly on mobile browsers. And the web app is designed to work well on mobile and tablet devices including form creation, completion and public form links.
