How many forms can I submit?
Form submissions are limited only by your monthly credit allocation, subject to our fair use policy.
Credit-Based Limits: • Free tier: 10 starter credits (typically 2-5 form submissions depending on audio length) • Pro tier: Monthly credits that refill automatically (see pricing for current allocations)
Fair Use Policy: SaySheet is built for real-world use by individuals and teams. We keep our limits permissive and don't want you to worry about paywalls. However, we expect usage that doesn't strain our infrastructure.
What's Considered Fair Use: • Individual professionals using voice data entry for their work • Small teams collecting customer feedback or field data • Reasonable submission volumes within your credit allocation • Occasional usage spikes are fine
What's Not Fair Use: • Consistently collecting extremely high volumes (50,000+ submissions/month) • Sharing Pro accounts with users outside your organization • Automated/bot submissions or script-based data entry • Reselling SaySheet access to third parties
Excessive Usage: If your usage creates pressure on our infrastructure, we'll contact you to discuss a custom plan tailored to your needs. We're happy to support high-volume users with appropriate plans.
"Consistently" Defined: Occasional spikes are okay. If high usage continues for 3-4 months in a row, it suggests ongoing advanced needs, and we'll reach out to ensure everything runs smoothly.
