What's your refund policy?

You can get your refund if you haven't extensively used SaySheet yet.

There is a 3-day refund window from first charge. To be eligible, you must have used less than 10% of your monthly credit allocation. If you've already used more than that we cannot offer a refund as costs incurred for generative AI are extremely high.

Maximum 1 refund per user.

Credit card networks and PSPs charge us for the underlying transactions regardless, refunds exclude these fees.
